What a waste of good drinks. I wonder, if in these countries, do the onlookers clean the truck contents off the road by picking the drinks up off the road and take it home? I know in the US this is not allowed, but if I lived in the country where these pic's are taken, I would be filling my car!

Yup. They do this here all the time. Specially if a BEER truck flips over the road and loses its cargo. In USA they arrest you for doing that? Assholes.
