19 Year Old Strangled in the Dirt
Not much to tell here. 19 year old girl went missing and was found 2 days later in some shrubs in a remote farming area. She had finger imprints on her neck and her hyoid was broken, so the cause of death was ruled to be asphyxiation by manual strangulation. She also had several defensive contusions, indicating that she attempted to fight off her attacker. The mud/soil in her mouth and at her knees and crotch could indicate that she was murdered while prone in the dirt. Her dirt-caked bare feet likely signify that she was led out here on foot, as no shoes were found at the scene.  ·  ·  ·  · |
