The suicide happened earlier this year. I'm in a Facebook group with his aunt and she posted her nephew's suicide pictures to "educate."

Also, judging by the attire, scenery and architecture, this looks like it happened somewhere in the Midwestern or Northeastern portion of the US. Maybe Michigan or Upstate NY. Would you mind giving away the state where this tragedy occurred?

to educate what, exactly? what a person who has killed themselves looks like? What she should be doing is educating about the run up to suicide, what to look out for. Obviously nobody noticed this poor soul suffering but now his aunt doesn't mind getting attention from posting his dead body on her facebook. And before people call me a hypocrite, yeah i started coming here after a few deaths, i wanted to know more about death, but I don't think this should be posted on facebook for his friends to see for God sake. I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted his Aunt doing that either. No wonder he offed himself.

There is a huge difference between head shot deaths depending on whether the bullet hits a part of the brain that relates to heart function. If it does and the heart stops immediately, then you have a "clean" death with practically no bleeding (beyond what gravity induces, depending on the position of the wound and body) and a presentable corpse. However, if (as in the present case) the bullet misses that part of the brain then there is a huge amount of bleeding out before death since there is a high concentration of blood flow in the brain (750 milliliters per minute on average).

Definitely should not be posted on social media like Facebook where children have accounts. People have a choice and so places like this have a right to exist, though again just for those of a certain age of maturity and above i.e 18+ as an adult stated in written Law.

There are lots of secret/hidden/private groups that are by invite only. This is not something that would come across a newsfeed.

She said she knew since he was four that he would either commit suicide or go to prison. He was actually awaiting sentencing, from what she said and killed himself to avoid it. She didn't say what the charge was.
