18 Year Old Boy Shot Through the Eye of His Tattoo
On the night of 7th June 2016 in Minas Gerais, 18 year old Eduardo de Oliveira Vitor was killed. At a university, he, along with a 15 year old boy, had assaulted 5 pupils (aged 18-23) + demanded, at gunpoint, that they gave him their mobile phones. Eduardo fled the scene + the pupils went to the police. When the police found Eduardo, they ordered him to stop + disarm himself. He refused + the officer shot him, he died at the hospital. The 15 year old boy was arrested.    |

Give that police officer a prize! Kid, you don't have time to play with yourself so get your hands out of your pants. You will never live down the embarrassment the photo causes.
