17 Year Old Teenager Shot and Killed While Riding His Scooter
8 bullet cases were found next to his body. Family told he was a difficult kid that had a few run-ins with police in the past years. looks like he was also hit next to his nose · · · · · · · · · · |

The photographer or the cops.... if it was stolen before the police arrived, then it might be anyone among the spectators |
