17 Year Old Girl Shot Dead Last Night
In Manaus last night (26th July 2018), 17 year old Gracyellen Sinaira Rodrigues (aka Nara) was shot dead. Gracyellen was with her sister + 8 month old son when 2 men approached her + fired their guns. She was hit in her abdomen + right leg (another article states that she was hit in her head, chest + arms). She died at the scene.         |

the teenager was selling drugs there almost every night and her death may be linked to the bloody and deadly war between criminal factions.  also according to the Homicide and Homicide Office (DEHS), the victim was abducted and tortured for two days because she was suspected of having participated in a manslaughter in BR-174 in May last year. According to her sister, she denied involvement in the crime. |
