I can't imagine that she peed that much - maybe she had a bottle of water or something like that. It doesn't look like it is leaking from the car.

As typical for spanish language sites the images are small and watermarked. There is not much to do about the size, you'll have to take them as they are.

The liquid is definitely originating from the front side of her crotch/lower waist area. It could be that she was holding a beverage at waist level when she got crunched. Or she could have just finished a 64-ounce Big Gulp soda twenty minutes before and she pissed it all out when she died. The angle on the second photo definitely makes it look like it ran down the inside of her right leg.

Impossible to tell without a front view, really. I've seen urine puddles that big at accident/murder scenes before, but only rarely.
