16 year old student was driving his dad's car, along with his 19 year old brother and 2 other friends in the car. They were just pulling away from in front of a bank, when a police man shouted at the car to stop, when it didn't, he shot the lad in the head.

I also found some photos from the young lad's funeral.

Nope, they didn't do anything. There's an investigation ongoing, but no doubt they'll find the police did no wrong. I know the police do a hard job, but he had hardly pulled away from where he was parked before he shot him in the head. If he was desperate to stop the car because in his head he was sure they were up to something, he could easily have shot the tyres out.

No joke, it's insane what civil officials are able to get away with. Always makes me think of that "acceptable" percentage of rat shit or other awful things that end up in massed produced foods. We're consistently told there's an "acceptable" amount of terrible shit we should just cope with as citizens but I'll be damned if this should make that list. It's just wild..
