This case really requires a lot of research, as a girl of only 15 years was found hanged in the house of a friend in Navarrete . But most worrying is that the supposed house where she appeared lifeless, is a house that a friend lent groom young for them to spend a while. The family issued the young girl , presents signs of beatings and violence. On the other hand, the police are investigating 2 boys who had gone, with the permission of relatives. In some places. In others that's no more than an urban legend. In many jurisdictions they set aside a section of the prison for such offenders so that the remainder of the inmate population has no contact with them. Bad statistics for jail assaults and killings are something that many politicians want to avoid.
