Update 2: A couple of hours ago the original source posted an update with an alive image and an image of the suspect, who is on the run. Bith images added. Should have killed her with a cal. 20 shotgun

This is one of the more bizarre stories. Yesterday this 14 years old was moving from her rented apartment.

After she had handed over the keys, the apartment was checked by the house owner, who found out that the waterpump was burned. His opinion was that the girl had to pay for it.

Apparently she disagreed, which raised a discussion. No details on this, but maybe she said that it had never worked and that his apartment was nothing but a rats nest - who knows.

At last he concluded the discussion by grabbing a gun and shot the girl. It is not clear, whether it was his intention to kill or just to threaten her, but killed she was. So now he'll pay - not just for a waterpump (she won't pay now, I'm sure), but also with many years - maybe lifetime - in a brazillian prison.

Bad deal, if you ask me.

It looks like she lived there on her own - if she lived with parents, it wouldn't have been her problem. I wouldn't consider that abnormal though - she could easily have been married and have kids with 14 years.

Just updated with a closer view, unfortunately with censored face. I tried to copy the uncensored face into it, but the angle is a little bit different, so it wouldn't work. Pity.

The other image is said to be her (I feel convinced that it is) and her husband (the word "esposo" is used). A husband or even a boyfriend isn't mentioned anywhere, and the image is from a comment with no other info on a facebook page, so I have my doubts.

You are right. This is portuguese, but it is the same thing. That's the reason I'm wondering if this comment poster knows something not mentioned anywhere else. I cannot know, but if he had meant "boyfriend", he would have used another word.
