At Rio de Janeiro, there are lots of cold murderers at 12, 13... That little pricks rob you at daylight, and if you react, they kill you and laugh, because they know they are gonna leave the district even before the police officers that arrested them... They got nothing to lose, since brazilian law don't punish people under 18, and even if they have multiple arrests, the day they turn 18, their criminal records are erased, so they can kill again. So, wanna come to Olympics? LOL |
