Learned she fled home because her abusive stepfather. She told some friends that her stepfather was always beating her for no reason, and her mother never gave a shit for what happened to her at home. Maybe her stepfather had also sexually abused her, that´s why she fled home and went to live with a man. Poor girl.

That is heartwrenching. I hope her death was swift so she didn't have to suffer too long, RIP. Lots of young girls who are in dangerous living situations are specifically scouted out by predators because they know they will seem safer by comparison (at first...). It isn't fair to blame a barely past puberty child for an adult taking advantage of their inexperience in life. |
