Out of the thai-to-english mumbo-jumbo so much is reasonably clear:

This morning (which is several hours ago, as it is local time) the 12 years old pedestrian girl was hit by a black Mitsubishi pickup truck and ended beneath it. You can see in the images that they needed to lift the truck by a jack to get her out.

Even if she is not wrapped in the white sheet, which usually signalizes a fatality in Thailand, the info leaves no doubt that she was dead on the spot.
