Re: 12-Year-Old Girl Drowned in Pasay City
How come those places always have nasty, foul, polluted, stinky, filthy water holes/rivers/creeks/drainage canals/wells?

Re: 12-Year-Old Girl Drowned in Pasay City
People have no trash disposal discipline and law just shrugs it off. Thats why. If they would just be strict and fine everyone throwing trash wherever which way or jail the heavier offenders, our place would be better smelling. In our subdivision, the homeowners association have agreed to pay fines and do community cleaning chores. So if we abide, we get cleaner community, if we dont abide, we get money to hire cleaners, we also get cleaner community this way. If only the rest of the country runs like that. |
