The man, 25, single, was returning home on a bicycle, when (to much of his surprise) was approached by two men on a motorcycle who did shoot three times:

• one bullet struck his head
• another bullet struck his head
• the third bullet struck his right arm

shots on target=3

accuracy=100%

The man died at the scene.

According to his stepfather he was a very good man: he was a crack user + drug dealer, he had been arrested several times for robbery and assault and on the night of Wednesday he was involved in a figh, so the murder is unexplainable.

According to the Police, the crime may have been a settling of accounts.

I have nothing else to say but that his flippies were Black&Blue.

The story says "Two guys on a motorcycle" not bicycle.
