The cause of the accident might just be right there in her hand as she lie underneath the wheels, chap stick. Probably could of waited, chapped lips are the worse though..

Look in front of the wheels.
She got stuck under the wheels as the truck was still moving. Her mid section greased the road such that the truck wheels quit turning. The trailer's weight on the wheels dragged her along the road.
Hmmm, the pictures I'm seeing are not showing this? Looks like the wheel stopped almost instantly That's quick for a semi dude
