The first pic is claimed to be someone else, because paramedics in France wear orange jackets, not yellow. Don't know for sure though.

The uniforms are British. And if you look in the circle at the top of the pic, there is the beginning of an 0800 phone number, which is also british

The number appears to be 800XX it certainly is not 0800. The uniform colour could be due to the picture being copied many times. And back to the 0800 claim you make... Which EMERGENCY service in the UK has a 0800 no.? I think most UK residents know its 999 and visitors can dial 112 and get through,USA visitors 911 no problems. 0800 no way good buddy.
