There are many more factors involved than just skin color...... If you looked at statistics in any neighborhood with very high unemployment, low incomes there is a definite connection between that and crime rates.... I live in a predominately white area right now, but with very high unemployment and everything that goes with that...... Poor white people are no better, trust that.
