I had a stone in a packet of Rowntrees Jelly Tots (I love them!!) and I only got refunded the cost of the sweets too plus a fair letter of apology. Seems that's the going rate if no injury or illness was caused. I was satisfied in my case I also had an insect larvae in my chocolate coated apple from Asda and got refunded the cost of that too as no ingestion, injury or illness occurred. |

Ewww! Kind of hard to check the inside of apples unless they start x-rayng them all. Reminds me of a joke. Do you know what is worse than finding a worm in your apple? Answer: Half a worm! I'd puke! |

I found a coarse black hair in a can of Tesco's own mushroom soup and I did what everybody else should do...DON'T buy the fucker again end off. |
