Either legalize that shit or stop using drugs. Those are the only options to curb the situation as I see it. Portugal did decriminalize all drugs (yes, all) in 2001 and the usage decreased. Just saying. You will never stop the demand. I just wish the political cockriders would get that into their heads. |
