The story is a Russian convoy ran over a car and killed some civilians. You can see the smashed car 5:49 in the video. The men wanted at the driver but the other Russians protested. Apparently the Russians like to drive recklessly and have no regard for the locals. Film cuts out and suddenly the Russians are on the ground.
