I believe this to be a seriously advanced and neglected case of a form of staff infection...I have seen staff looking very similar although much less advanced.

If they are stab wounds, doctors would not want to close them, because puncture wounds will become infected if they're not left open to drain. I don't know if these are shallow stab wounds or surgical removal of infected tissue. The poor kid does have numerous other sores all over the body, so possibly this is a rampant staph infection (not a staff infection, btw; that would be an entirely different problem) and these were the worst sores and had to be opened and drained.

WTF happened to this fuckin kids chicken pox to make this shit happen my mom got chicken pox when she was older and she picked at them until they bled and got infected and she still has the scars but it wasnt nothin like that it was just on her legs and they got rid of the infection early fuckin wow man thats scary

i think they got chicken poxs and then the poxs got infected. makes me ichy
