Possible secondary infection of chicken pox lesions. Not all that uncommon to see this in patients who have poor hygiene.

Why aren't they closed if they're stab wounds? The green stuff is a substance used in curing chicken pox most of the time. It's called "zelyonka" or Brilliant Green.
