i had a friend in college who delivered a baby around 5 months. the hospital allowed her to take the baby home and then they had a funeral and the baby has a headstone. i understand the grieving part in the hospital and allowing the family to say good bye, but to take it home is a bit much. my ex's brother's wife had boy/girl set of twins around 26 weeks. the girl lived and the boy died. they have photos of the twins together after the boy's death. i guess i don't know what to think about this.

honestly I just think it is their business. if it helps them through it, let em do with it what they will. it's just a dead body, they're not hurting anyone. you know?
