this is hilariously fake. a first trimester abortion is brought on by a pill and comes out like a heavy period. the embryo, which is the size of a lima bean, is basically liquefied by the contractions brought on by the abortive medicine. there wouldn't be anything recognizably human. if i had to guess i'd say this is a miscarriage if it's not just a prop.

There's a big range of sizes in the first trimester and a lot of development, technically week 11 & 12 are still first trimester so here's some info I found on google:

Apparently it's the size of half a corn dog

"Week 11: the baby can grasp objects placed in its hand; all vital organ systems are functioning. The baby has a skeletal structure, nerves, and circulation
Week 12: the baby has all of the parts necessary to experience pain, including nerves, spinal cord, and thalamus. Vocal chords are complete. The baby can suck it's thumb."

That's what I found, but I'm not a fuckin doctor and I support abortion so whatever.
