Naw, that bandage is an occlusive dressing, it allows air out but not in. When he takes the dressing off and breathes air enters the chest cavity. When he bears down it forces the air out the butthole he made in his side hence the queefing this idiot can do. That's just a horrific infection waiting to happen.

the way the wound is healing is similar to how an occlusive dressing would prevent pneumothorax. Unfortunately as firedog25 said it is an infection waiting to happen...i wouldn't be surprised if he developed pericarditis after showing this to a few of his friends haha!
