And considering the simplest explanation is usually the right one, she is more than likely just asleep. She likely got so drunk the night before and made herself so sick she just took her blankies in the toilet with her. My first comments jumped the gun a bit imo! It still looks public toilet-ish though.

This is probably some college chick who passed out after jello-shot night. Her friends were too wasted or didn't really care enough to help her to bed so they threw a quilt on her and let her sleep it off.
