I used to work with liquid nitrogen & a tiny amount splashed on my hand - wow how it burned!! I think its -20oC, I cant remember but it bloody freezes anything upon contact. Scary but "cool" stuff. Imagine death by that? Brrr!

He's one of them. I've made a couple of half-hearted attempts at placing the uniform. If it's some kind of African militia, they could be punishing him for something.
