Wow....I think the cop did very well...I could also tell by his face and the way he looked at the camera a few times he was thinking "ahh fuck what a mess....its on camera...fuck I cant just get it over with"

You can see his punch was more of a reaction not so much a conscious and purposeful effort to hit her.
