Yes, Taser would have been the best. However, we don't know if they had them and a knife within 15 feet is considered a deadly weapon and with her charging after them, they could of shot her dead. It's her f'n fault. Cops are assholes at times, but they need to protect themselves too. Can u be killed by others where you work? Slim.

You guys do know that other cop has his weopon drawn? lol women would have gotten shot anyway, if the women lived (no idea if she did or not) that cop saved her life..
