The woman is entirely at fault. Refusing to sign and arguing with the officer elevated the situation beyond what it had to be. The officer could've pulled her ass out of the car the first time she refused but he gave her too many chances to be civil. The cop shooting was uncalled for but at that point the responding backup may have felt like that officer was in trouble. All in all the woman is to blame. She created the whole situation and outcome of this situation.

It should be a Federal Law that police officers can legally shoot if you resist arrest and/or flee arrest. It's gotten to that point.  |
