Unless youre blind or stupid...thats what the officer did. If he was that "concerned" for his safety he should have called and waited for backup. I have nothing at all against police officers. But when they do stupid shit like this they AREN'T police officers.

I hope his family sues and makes millions. You thought their was a drug problem before....LMAO send a couple of mil out in the guys circle.

Dealing with people on meth is not easy for anyone, the suspect probably had no idea how his movements were but they can definitely be threatening. he did call for backup. but the driver pulled off before they could arrive. thats why he also wanted all hands shown. and no he didnt go around the car with his gun drawn. he backed away and drew his gun when the junkie/robber disobeyed commands.

nevermind the fact that officers were looking for him at his last known address and were cool the whole time with the homeowners.

remind me again why a junkie whos wanted for a recent robbery and eluding police who clearly would be alive had he complied and not acted stupid should sue vicariously thru his family?
