Hate to say it, but he didn't comply, he got his arm broken... but what the hell was the point of that arm twist almost 180 degrees? His arm was already behind the kid. All he had to do was put cuffs on him if needs be.

Kids with severe behavioral and physical disabilities like this should not be in the public school general population. They should be in specialized schools that can help them without putting other kids in danger.

Cant blame the cops for him having chalky bones. They were professional, polite, respectful & gave him more than ample time to respond to their requests . It was an unfortunate accident, clearly not caused intentionally or from over exertion of force. |
