This guy thought he could over power the lathe, but when talk vs torque, at low RPM, torque wins. He would have had a better chance beating it if the RPM was higher, that would mean the torque transfer is lower, but!, if he couldn't out muscle it then, it would be a trip to either the hospital, or the morgue.

That could have been epic high quality gore right there, can you imagine the brief windmill effect followed by a bright red explosion, the camera lens would be wiped clean to reveal a pile of human slush.

What a fucking moron and it was kids like that made me paranoid to have anyone behind me when using a lathe,bandsaw,rotary arm saw or a table saw. It's one second of being a fucking moron that kills someone!
