im sorry to tell you that but i scan the video and seems to be NOT fake, im aware they are people doing pranks, but this one was for real, not trick, you have to watch different things with the scene, the blood speed and direction coming out of the head, if is timely right with the gun, the head movement, and much more staff, and im 90% sure is real

You don't have to use ur webcam to show stuff on you can download a program to select a loop to fake a webcam and go on, that's exactly what he did, I wish I can download his video loop and go on chat roulette myself and record people's reactions, lol probably funny as hell.
