That driving instructor is just as bad as the student; the rear quarter panel should have been in line with the bumper of the parked car adjacent to it before she would need to start turning sharply in order to make the park; instead she was half way (too far back) before starting the turn so the instructor should have corrected it; and on a busy street too, wow.
