Man With Severed Larynx on The Autopsy Table
The windpipe of this woman (larynx) was severed, causing her to suffocate. Few blood vessels were cut. The abrasions on her chin are "rug burns".

The second picture is a side view that reveals the clean deep cuts with no hesitation marks.
