They were actually respectful as can be, they open her eyes and then closes them after examining them, same with her genitals they close her legs after..there is no “nice” way of performing an autopsy..

i cringed when he started to poke into her eye
The only things that skeeve me out are eyes and orthopedic surgery. I thought her eye was going to come clean out! I think they were looking for petechiae, broken blood vessels that are found in asphyxiation deaths. Didn't think I would see that, though.
