Autopsy Pics of Young Child Who Burnt to Death
The pictures show a young child during autopsy who was burned to death. You can see the charred remains pretty well.

I think those are lungs ... you only have 1 liver and it is a different colour than that, altho i am not an expert so pls don't quote me. What i think that they are showing is the smoke damage in the throat and then into the lungs. Poor kiddie the smoke damage is the worst thing :(  |

Yep, those are the poor kid's lungs hanging by the blackened trachea. It's pretty likey he died of smoke inhalation 1st, before he burned. You can also see his liver in the other pic.  |
