actually, in the United States, your family has a choice of having an autopsy or not, unless it's been an "Other than natural/accidental" death.

I was going to ask what was in the bag, but, it is called, "organ donations", when I went to copy it. I thought they put each organ in refrigeration unless the body was right there ready to take the organ, at least in the US.  · |
