Re: Whiskey's Most Brutal Ukraine Compilation #1
What's the logic in wasting a drone on a casualty that will just go home and eat up resources to recover and likely not even come back out to fight? And targeting individuals whove thrown down their weapons and even armor? Ridiculous. I don't care which side, they're both awful for those actions. |

Re: Whiskey's Most Brutal Ukraine Compilation #1
They're trying to inflict as many KIA as possible considering how insanely reckless Russia's tactics are. Russia has the advantage in manpower but the Ukrainians have a massive advantage in the amount of drones with trained crews. They can produce domestically less than $400 per unit, I've seen them expend 3+ FPV drones on a single soldier - this tells us a lot. How do you know they purposely threw these things away? And them not having armor doesn't make them a non-threat. If there are no Ukrainian infantry units nearby, which is often, they're not going to accept surrenders as there's no way to receive and process them, why let them go to fight another day. |

So some of them surrendering or heavily injured, but they keep on bombing them until dead for sure... This is against any principals of war and humanity! Their defenselessness reminds me of a recent video where Turkish solders shoot down two wounded Syrian solders at a hospital. Thanks for the great compilation! |

Re: Whiskey's Most Brutal Ukraine Compilation #1
Ukraine used to leave them wounded to soak up medical supplies and resources, but Russia has pivoted and now frequently sends wounded soldiers back out to use in meat waves, tank crews, logistics, etc. Making sure they're dead is critically important for Ukraine's survival as a nation/ethnic group. |

Re: Whiskey's Most Brutal Ukraine Compilation #1
They throw down their weapons and armor, not because they want to surrender, but because they need to run faster, and ak-47 is heavy and not that useful against a fast moving drone. A lot of the times, if soldiers believe that they are safe( 10-20 miles behind the front line ) then they often don't bother to wear armor at all, and don't carry their weapon with them. It doesn't mean that they are unarmed civilians. Nope. Still murderers. "...hat will just go home and eat up resources..." The irritating part of "going home" is that when they do, they get paid a lot of money....for killing Ukrainians. How would you feel if a hitman broke into your home, killed your family and then got caught by you. You are holding him at gunpoint, when he says "hey, dont shoot me...im gonna leave now, i killed your family and filled my contract, so...im all done here. I can go and get my 100 000 dollars for murdering your family now. Ok? I have a hunch that if it came to that, you wouldn't be fine with it. "...and likely not even come back out to fight" "likely" isn't good enough if your life depends on them not coming back. |
