Joe Biden confirmed that the United States is discussing the supply of American M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by Bloomberg journalist Jennifer Jacobs from the White House pool.

Unlike the M113, which the United States handed over to Ukraine earlier, Bradley is armed with a powerful 25 mm cannon and TOW anti-tank missiles.

It's being heavily reported that Putin is calling for a "Christmas" ceasefire between 12:00 on 6 January to 2400, 7 January. I've also seen reports the high officials of the orthodox church system in Russia are calling for it too.

Reactions I'm seeing are mostly "sign of the state of affairs on the Russian side" and "believe it when I see it".

Radio Svoboda Donbas.Realii project found the likely location of the Russian test site where Shahed UAV operators train.

It is located approximately 8 kilometers southeast of the State Center for Unmanned Aviation of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the city of Kolomna, Moscow region.

This center is the only one in the structure of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation that trains drone operators, and is based in the city of Kolomna (military unit 20924 on Artilleryska Street). However, flights are carried out elsewhere.

I did mention both Christmas and the orthodox church... just not together

Russia will not stand by the ceasefire, guaranteed. Therefore, neither will Ukraine.

Ukraine is already saying "tough shit"... you want a ceasefire after bombing the fuck out of us on Christmas and New Years Eve/Day? (In so many words)

Information appeared on the website of the Bundeswehr that Germany this week handed over to Ukraine 20 pickup-based 70-mm rocket launchers for APWKS missiles, which it promised at the end of summer.

As well as:
- 2 BREM;
- tractor Oshkosh M1070 Oshkosh;
- 7 tracked vehicles with remote control;
- 63 pickups;
- 21 generators;
- 17 trucks 8x8;
- 32 mobile heating systems;
- 8 reconnaissance UAVs;
- an ambulance;
- 7 border guard vehicles;
- 36,400 wool blankets
- 12 heavy trucks with trailers;
- 27 jammers for drones;
- 30 drone detection systems.
