Re: Taliban Sniper Killing Several Afghan Soldiers
Wow I think this is the best sniper video I've seen so far. I wish the camera was more stable but anyway, good shooting. I wonder why soldiers act like the one just standing there and getting hit in I guess his chest like he dropped the AK and RPG. |

He wasn't really in a panicking hurry to crawl away using his elbows or something. Sitting duck material. Great vid |

It does doesn't it. I'm guessing one of the fuckers got lucky and found some of the newest gen NV scopes we left behind. |

Re: Taliban Sniper Killing Several Afghan Soldiers
Looks a little suspect but probably legit. Haven't shot any small arms mounted thermals (only mounted & stabilized stuff) but it looks right for white hot, just more detail that what I'm accustomed to. Certainly plausible, especially if they've gotten hold of abandoned/captured thermal optics. Shakiness makes sense, guessing whoever was pulling the trigger was holding a cell phone up to the ocular to record everything. Believe some civilian thermals have a built in record feature, just not sure if mil stuff does, maybe |
