I understand you have a personal stake in this whole thing with your father, so I mean no disrespect to you byla. Both you and duntez both have personal ties to all of this. I do not ignore that at all.

I'm not sure what you mean by they will never recover another inch of shit. They've already recovered many inches. But just because you don't want to believe it doesn't mean it's not happening.

The fact that "this many people" are still hoping for Ukraine to win 2 years in should be a ginormous clue and very telling. As hard as it is for you to fathom how many people stand with Ukraine, it's just as hard for those people to fathom how you could stand with the Russian Federation.

There are three sides to this story. Russia's side, Ukraine's side and the reality that lies somewhere in the middle. It's so multifaceted and complicated that it's near impossible to find out the absolute truth here either way. There are so many variations of that truth with each individual person involved, such as duntez, yourself or your father versus Ukrainians who stand with their country and want nothing to do with Russia.

But everyone has the right to make a choice. Just because your choice is right for you, doesn't mean it's right for others. Just because my choice is what makes sense to me, doesn't mean it makes sense to you or anyone else. And that's ok. We're all still human beings and should live and let live.
