I talked to KH and he gave me the thumbs up on adding them. I took a week to think about the best approach and just wanted to update anyone who is interested.

I'm going to keep doing what I was previously doing in collecting links to specific categories for the directory thread (spreadsheet stuff) but will intermittently work on the hashtags. When I feel I have a good bearing on a final list of them I will create a post in the directory thread listing them all. Trying to keep it more on the simple side.

I'm going to start with the most recent threads and work my way backwards so you may start seeing them more often. I welcome any feedback.

After almost 1,5 year my question is where is moskva, the flagship? Where is the 3 day special operation? Tens of thousands killed. So many families lost their sons, brothers and dads. Millions of people displaced. What's a success here for ruSSkieland? ruSSkies are probably so deeply fucked right now. Walking alone - probably for the first time in history - so fucking lonely with just a few plankton countries backing them. The rest of the world is either watching them or fighting them, sending tanks, jets, ammo, weapons. It is over. Historical failure. So be it.

I agree, overall, with this statement. I am constantly asking myself why this is even still going. Surely, the Russians must know, by now, that this is not going well for them.

But everytime someone in the world (usually on this site) says something to the effect of "Russia is kicking ass" I have to stop and wonder... how and why so many people truly believe that is what's going on over there?

It even makes me second guess myself in being able to read between the lines, sift through much of the bullshit and know that not only is Ukraine holding their own against a much more "powerful" country, they're excelling at it and becoming one of the most well-trained, well-equipped, modern militaries in the world. I'm watching it happen right in front of my eyes all while simultaneously watching a "superpower" that I grew up being taught to fear is failing so miserably.

But Russians and supporters of Russia do not see it that way it all.

How?

Pride? Denial? Ignorance? Insanity? Mythomania to the point where one believes their own lies and false narratives? Maybe a lot of things combined... and I know that people choose sides for many different reasons. Ethnicity, upbringing, hatred for the west, political lines, personal beliefs, etc. Hell... some people on this site don't have the slightest idea of what's actually going on and just side with Russia to troll people in the watercooler.

Propaganda has been a thing for a long time but how did it get to the point where it is today? Is it worse today than ever due to the internet and social media? It has definitely evolved into quite the machine and formidable monster, as evident by the number of people with no Russian ties whatsoever who side with them.

All I know is right now is someone is reading this post saying, "Look at how delusional she is" . That's ok. I'm pretty confident in my instincts about all this but I just wonder if anyone else ever feels this way? Every now and again do you stop yourself and ask... "is this really what it all appears to be"?

Do you call them chubs as in dicks? Or is it just a name like they call the russians orcs? A chub is a fish and I'm not sure how it correlates. Not shit talking just a legit question I enjoy every post on here I don't care who its for.
