"Comedian turned actor". Ronald Reagan was an actor before he became US President. Who cares. I think a citation is needed for that kind of claim my guy. Fully expecting you to deliver approximately nothing on that. But it's cool, you heard in on a YouTube channel, I'm sure it's credible |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
The regime they tried to change were in no way good or humane. If i know my neighbor is beating his childs and selling them as prostitutes, i would totally go for some regime change in their house by calling the police and giving them all the help they need to have that warrant to kick down the door and forcefully remove the guy from that house straight to prison. However my honest opinion is that those regime change often backfire and doesn't accomplish what they are aimed to do so we shouldn't do them in those regards. Still comparing eggs and oranges. "having more bases abroad than the US" This argument is so often thrown around showing your clear lack of understanding of what those base are, in your shallow mind you think those are forced upon clueless countries when in fact countries who host these base are really like "NICE!!! we got big daddy U.S base in our country, we're never gonna have foreign asshole push shit on us because we're in a military alliance with the biggest guy on earth which isn't perfect and his track records but overall is really a force for good and protection of stability and prosperity, we're so fucking lucky we have this base in our country... there'd be protest if those base were ever removed, we want them!!" I rarely say this but you should try supplementing testosterone. You're a little branwashed pussy. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
If the Ukrainians are lucky, the track sensing elements still show the bridge as intact, and maybe one of those Russian armored trains will venture through, and wind up laying on it's side. I heard of that happening to a bridge that washed out in Illinois or Ohio in the early 1900's. The bridge washed out under the tracks, but since the tracks were still connected, an electrical test showed the rail line was good, so the express train proceeded as scheduled. Fortunately, a really dedicated track walker did his rounds during the storm during the night, found the bridge gone, and laid signals on the track to stop the train. So they didn't have a wreck. But I'm hoping there are no Russian track walkers. Just a big, heavy, armored train that will make a LOT of noise when it falls over and goes BOOM. Instead of "Tommy the Tank Engine", it will be "Boris The Exploding Train"i |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
I just read on the news that the Ukrainian Drone Squads are doing 300 raids a night, dropping small bombs and hand grenades into the back of Russian armored cars and transports, where the troops are sleeping at night. They even hit tents. The drones have night vision, and they make virtually no noise, so the drone pilots can locate and pick out the best targets, and go after them. The Russians don't move at night, so they are basically sitting ducks. The drone pilots are also locating Russian tanks and Russian electrical monitoring vehicles that scan for Ukrainian communications, and giving them special attention. They say they can locate and eliminate a Russian tank, even it if is parked under trees near a house, which is what the Russians do in an attempt to avoid being attacked, based on the Ukrainians not wanted to destroy their own people's houses. But the Ukrainian drone guys say they can eliminate a Russian tank next to a house without even damaging the house. Go, Ukraine! I also read another report that the Russians are fresh out of skilled front line troops, (Only 15% of the military was actually front line capable) that all their really vicious specialist troops have been killed or captured by the Ukrainians, and that the people they sent from Chechnya have all been wiped out. Russian paratrooper forces are decimated. Analysts say that if they pull Russian troops from Syria, or Syrian troops they recruit, they will probably face the same fate. Also, the Russians are running out of spare parts, because their equipment is being destroyed so quickly. Their supply lines running back to Russian military support units are ineffective due to shortages and general disorganization. Putin is now firing and relieving generals. That is a good sign, because now the guys with experience are being replaced with military commanders who have no experience, no sense, and are guaranteed to make the wrong decision. So things are actually looking better for Ukraine by the day. I am really surprised the Ukrainian Navy has not been able to sink any Russian ships. Ukraine needs some mini-subs with torpedoes to sneak into their own harbors and send all the visiting Russian ships to the bottom. I would have thought the Ukrainians would have at least a COUPLE of submarines to attack Russian ships. But perhaps the Russians wiped them all out. I think the other thing the Ukrainians need are some good anti-helicopter weapons. I don't see the Ukrainians downing that many helicopters, which is surprising considering how vulnerable they are. |
