This is happening right now on freq 3920. Somewhere else on this site I mentioned that their encrypted comms don't work so they've gone to the public freqs. Someone/s are actively jamming on the known freqs that they use. I had to put it in a PDF because the forum wouldn't accept the format I was trying to use.
