Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
It’s crazy how pretty much everything he said made a perfect sense to me. Really pointless to argue. Easier to change the brain really, than to accept another point of view at this point |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
Leadership of Russia that is directly involved in this invasion of Ukraine. So it's relevant. The US is not in Ukraine invading or defending it. Just our money and weapons. And yes, myself and other pro-Ukraine members acknowledge the US having way more interest in this than just "helping" Ukraine. But we've discussed that numerous times. You should go back and read all the discussion threads. Your current arguments have all been made in them many times by many people. What's not related or relevant is Biden being under investigation for something on Twitter. Do what you want but this path you're going down is a familiar one for everyone that's been here for months.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
1. We support a European country that is far more aligned with the west and hence less apt to act like despotic backwater shitheads who just want a return of "the good ol' days" 2. Russia started this war. Ukraine is just defending itself and using what's given or sold to them to achieve this. If this is "prolonging" the war to you then you need your head examined, if a long war is the issue to you then perhaps you should not support a country that is perfectly fine with invading sovereign countries. You can't invade a country, watch its friends give them more stuff and then complain that "the war is being prolonged". This is completely without merit, world's smallest violin for your imperialist gripes. Oh if Ukraine only didn't fight so hard. Isn't it hard fighting a country that isn't some tiny republic without big friends? Deal with it. 3. Just as ride said, the US and Europeans have the opportunity to test our weaponry without a single of our boots stepping in country. You can't pass that up. The world is taking notes and buying up the equipment that is racking up Rus bodies currently. 4. We get to show the world that Russia and friends are largely paper tigers and they resort to animalistic methods at the drop of a hat even in the 21st century. Fyi, Russia might have a smaller GDP than the US state of Texas.... |

Don't let that scare you. I just so happen to have a lot of free time on my hands because I'm financially stable and don't have to work anymore. I have time to dedicate to my "passions"

Huh? Trust me, we get it. Biden shouldn't have access to the remote control to his bedroom TV, let alone the Nuclear Football. It would have been the same had Donald J. Cheetochucklefuck been reelected. They are all crooked and senile. So what's your point? Yes. You. You, Wailode. |

A thug? Posting media in the war thread is called "contributing". You should try it sometime. Or don't and keep posting the nonsense opinions. I could care less. 5 corns for calling me a thug!

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
I didnt saw any of imporant things I presented here refuted. Saying something is false is not valid argument. Its just opinion. Especially on historically documented things, war crimes etc. For example document I posted here before: about what Lavrov told in osn is full of historic things that happened around 2014 to 2022 and are important to understand this war and its escalation. Not just victims and crimes in that time period, but also legislative rules and crimes did on corruption or language, media, party ban etc. There isnt comment on these things because west-propaganda mostly ignore it or call it as russian propaganda. But thats not how you argue. Ignorance is not an argument, but presence of own stupidity. I know for many ignorant people these are thing they laugh of, but in normal discussion they get time to be at last acknowledged to some degree. For example I acknowledge russian crimes, and they did them also plenty. That is point for open discussion. |
