Russia had a similar plan: they wanted to tattoo a swastika on any Ukrainian they caught. But the clever Ukrainians were well ahead of them; they preemptively got swastikas tattooed on their own. This shows that some Ukrainians were preparing for this conflict since basically the day the were allowed in high school.

About the corruption scandal in Zaporozhye

The Ukrainian-controlled administration of the Zaporozhye region and the city of Zaporozhye was accused (https://t.me/etozp/12879) of embezzling humanitarian aid on an industrial scale. Searches were carried out in the city and regional administrations. We have repeatedly written (https://t.me/rybar/34316) about the problems (https://t.me/rybar/32137) with her in the frontline city.

Freelance agent of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) Yevgeny Shevchenko said that top officials are suspected of embezzling humanitarian aid worth millions of dollars.

In total there are:
▪️22 sea containers;
▪️389 railway wagons;
▪️220 trucks.

The stolen products were then sold in the local Silpo and ATB chains.

According to him, the head of the Zaporizhia administration Alexander Starukh, his deputy Zlata Nekrasova and the secretary of the Zaporozhye City Council Anatoly Kurtev from the Servant of the People faction are suspected of this. As we wrote, these persons are involved in murky schemes with sending humanitarian aid to Dnepropetrovsk, and then delivering it back to Zaporozhye.

In his post, Shevchenko hinted that they should prepare for prison and recalled that Starukha was appointed to this position by the head of the presidential office, Andriy Yermak. He also wondered if Zelenskiy would mention the story in his evening address. As expected, the President of Ukraine did not do this.

NABU is a power structure that is directly subordinate to the US administration, and not to the Ukrainian authorities. Now the bureau is headed by Gizo Ugulava, a native of Saakashvili's Georgia.

And cunts like that spread this nazi crap into wider population in Russia. He isn't unique.Random Youtubers, old babushkas and guys on park benches will happily approve carpet bombing Ukrainian cities and killing children since they "shouldn't exist in the first place".
The problem is that this guy felt comfortable enough to say these things in the news. He must have assumed and expected at least the majority approval from the viewers. The fact that the co-host or cameramen/directors didn't intervene and let him spew this flat-out nazi crap also shows that his views weren't that far off and outrageous.
