Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
Great choice of footage and movies in that clip lol. And excellent to have the kremlin in frame or at least something that looks like it. I think the movie was Lord of War (think I saw Nicolas Cage, this is one of his better movies personally)

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
First, there are more nazis in Russia than Ukraine. Secondly, this nazi thing was just an excuse to start a war. If they had hated the nazis so much, then they wouldn't have let them go in during the prisoner exchange. Lastly, it seems you have gobbled up the Russian propaganda about a coup in Ukraine? When was there a coup in Ukraine? Hint: A coup is a seizure of power by some powerful organized group, usually an armed group. A revolution is when the general population kicks out the corrupt government. Revolution is unplanned, without leaders to claim power and usually develops as the general mass starts to fight for a common cause. Revolution is what Russia needs right now. Revolution is what every democratic country needs to be afraid of. It's the reminder that you cant fuck over people's will. I know Lavrov keeps repeating the word "coup" and tries to spoon-feed it to gullible RT fans...but its just factually incorrect. If Russians were half as brave as the Ukrainians during maidan revolution, they would have a thriving democracy by now, and living standards far higher than those in Germany or France. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
I've already made all these points with Faust. Providing facts about nationalist presence being much higher in Russia and the Russian Federation compared to Ukraine... making "denazifying Ukraine" complete bullshit. He brought up something about world war II, Vietnam and some other unrelated incidents. I guarantee he will tell you that the ousting of Yanukovych in 2014 was a violent, armed coup, where CIA supported Nazi's stormed government offices violently ousting a "legit president" while he was "away on business". I've already written novels about how it all really happened and primarily because Yanukovych was as crooked as a $3 bill and he was ousted when he fled Kyiv and showed up in Kharkiv begging the mayor to help him make his presence there look like a business trip. The mayor later stated that he was "a man not on this planet". Faust gonna "faust".

When are you guys going to realize Faust just gets a kick out of our responses. Like a misbehaving child starved of attention. Let him gobble up RT on his own with no external input |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
He gets no kick out of my responses because he keeps me on ignore. In fact, I don't even need to acknowledge his presence for him to continuously troll me and talk about me. I ignored him for 1.5 weeks without putting him on ignore and he STILL can't keep me out of his "mouth". But yes. You're absolutely right.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
Re: war discussion. There are recent reports that the Russian nazi army is planning on blowing up a major dam (Nova Kakhovka) to wipe out Kherson and slow the Ukrainian offensive. Do you think its likely that they will carry out their attack? How massive would the damage be in case they do decide to blow it up? Re: I also made an avatar for the Fuhrers supporters, so we would know who they represent: |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread II
We will see. Blowing up the dam benefits the Russians more than the Ukrainians for obvious reasons. Plus the Ukrainians might not even have the ability to destroy the dam. The Russians 100% do, it's currently under their control. - Ukraine blowing up dam Pro's: - Greatly reduced fresh water for Russian-held Crimea, war of attrition - Virtually eliminate remaining Russian resistance in Kherson city (right bank) of the Dnipr river and everything north of it. - Ukraine blowing up dam Con's: - Greatly increased difficulty of crossing the expanded waterway of the Dnipr river to attack Crimea - Greatly reduced international support for such a brazen act by a country who depends on international support - If retaking Crimea is achieved, difficulties in restoring fresh water utilities for civilians and military Russia blowing up dam Pro's: - Cover their retreat and eliminate any timely river crossing by Ukrainian forces to continue attack into southern Kherson and Crimea - Time-buying ability to fortify and defend Crimea effectively - Russia blowing up dam Con's: - Ability of Ukraine to blame Russia for flooding over 80 settlements and killing who knows how many people just to cover their retreat. Increased international support for Ukraine - Extreme difficulty to future attack Crimea at all and Kherson oblast from the south. Until dam is rebuilt and Crimea retaken by Russia, attacks can only come from the east. - Russia took Crimea in 2014, much of Kherson oblast in 2022 and lost it all to some Bandera "Nazis". Significant internal political fallout for Putin and the Kremlin. Another international embarrassment. |
